The Country White Pan Loaf is the perfect sandwich bread. This is our original loaf, and is based on a classic French sourdough or Pain au Levain. While it is a "white" bread, it contains about 25% whole wheat flour.
This is a great all purpose loaf!
INGREDIENTS
Organic wheat flour (organic malted barley flour), Organic 100% whole wheat flour, rye flour, water, sea salt. This loaf is 100% sourdough and does not include commercial yeast.
